1. Information we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project address or city, and message. You may also send project details and photographs.

2. How we use your information

The business owner handles customer enquiries. We use your contact and project details to respond, discuss the work, prepare estimates, arrange consultations and manage projects. We keep records of our communications.

Our Facebook and Instagram quote-request ads direct you to our website form. Submitting an enquiry is not a booked appointment.

3. Sharing information

We do not sell or rent customer details or pass enquiries to other businesses for their unrelated marketing.

When employees or subcontractors help with a job, we share only the information they need to do the work. This may include your name, phone number, project address and relevant project photos.

We use Wix to operate our website and forms, and email services to handle enquiries. We also use Google and Meta for website and advertising measurement, as explained below. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own privacy terms.

4. Website and advertising measurement

Our website uses Wix services, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and Meta Pixel and Conversions API. These tools help us understand website use, measure enquiries and improve advertising.

They can collect pages visited, referral sources, IP address, browser or device details, cookie identifiers and events such as successful form submissions. Meta Pixel sends activity from your browser; Conversions API sends website-event information directly from Wix to Meta. This can include matching information such as an email address supplied with an enquiry, which helps associate activity with Meta accounts. Matching information is not anonymous.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Browser cookie settings do not necessarily stop server-to-server sharing. Google and Meta also provide privacy and advertising controls in their own services.
